Warranty Policy EnjLife

      365-day warranty
The EnjLife team is always happy to attend to our customers’ wishes. The bottom line is that we feel it’s our job to make you happy, and we will do almost anything to make sure you are. That is why we provide a 365-day warranty on this product.
Our warranty is valid for customers who wish to return their product due to defective material in the product during a certain period from the purchase date.
   30-day warranty
Within 30-days from the purchase date, you can return your unused product for any reason and receive your money-back. The customer pays the delivery costs if the return is not related to product’s quality.
     Refund or Replacement
To make a refund or replacement of a broken product, you need to provide your purchase and the original receipt for checking and confirming the damage. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, you can write us at info@enjlife.us.
After checking the product and confirming the defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge by the same product from EnjLife. If our product is not available we will replace it with a similar product of the same value.
      Non-warranty cases
This warranty does not apply to cases involving improper care, misuse, natural wear of materials that occurs after long and frequent usage, accidental or willful damage or product repairing. Also, the warranty does not apply if changes were made to the product, or there was a loss of any accessory. EnjLife is not responsible for a product that is not produced by the EnjLife trademark.
